Can I see the crochet bouquets in person?

Yes! While we don’t have in-store shopping, we offer scheduled in-person showcases. Message us via Instagram, email, or live chat to book.

Do you offer Kerbside/In-store pick-up?

Yes, Kerbside/In-store pick-up is available!

Just select the “Next Day Pickup” option at checkout to collect your order in person.

If you’d like to schedule a different pickup date, simply message us via Instagram, email, or live chat to schedule.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Typically, for the Greater Sydney area (NSW), shipping costs are under $15.

Rest assured—you’ll always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.

How long does it take for my order to get despatched?

Orders are typically despatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. During peak, promotional, or weekend periods, despatch times may take longer.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

You can subscribe now to receive a 10% discount code! Don’t worry—you can unsubscribe anytime, and we’ll only send important updates like discounts, coupons, restocks, or new products.

You can also leave an honest review to receive a 10% discount towards your next order.

Who makes the flowers?

Not me, for sure! I don’t craft the flowers myself—I focus on the service, web, and product design side of things.

I can’t reveal exactly where I source the flowers from, as that’s a little trade secret, but you can trust that they’re ethically made with reasonable production times and pricing.

I truly admire how talented and dedicated my outsourced crafters are—they’re the reason I can offer such beautiful final products while keeping prices reasonable through bulk ordering.

How do I care for my crochet flowers?

Crochet flowers are low-maintenance!

Just dust them occasionally and keep them away from direct sunlight and moisture to preserve their colour and shape.

When arranging, handle the wires gently and avoid excessive handling to prevent damage.

What if I don't want my bouquet anymore after keeping it for a while?

If you ever need to dispose of your bouquet, simply submit a request through our Exchange Program page and drop it off at the pickup point.

I’ll assess the condition of the flowers and provide store credit, which you can use toward your next purchase to keep your floral display “fresh.”

What happens to flowers returned through the Exchange Program?

Returned flowers are either sold individually as pre-loved pieces or thoughtfully combined into new “bits and pieces” designs alongside other flowers from the Exchange Program.

These items are sold exclusively through our Exchange Program Marketplace and are always clearly marked as pre-loved.

Can I request a custom bouquet or design?

Yes, you can! The process usually takes around 1.5 to 2 months—or longer—depending on how many design iterations we go through.

Since I don’t craft the flowers myself and instead ethically outsource them, production times and minimum order quantities from the crafters also add some limitations and extra time.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, I’m happy to make changes or cancel it. Once it has been shipped, however, no changes or cancellations are possible.

When will I get my order?

I will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

What is your return or exchange policy?

At Mochi’s Forever Flowers, each arrangement is thoughtfully crafted with care from start to finish.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction once an item has been shipped.

All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, or detail may occur and are considered part of their unique charm.

But if your crochet flowers arrived damaged or incorrect, let us know and we'll help make things right.

Please note that

  • Minor creases on the flower wrapper paper are not considered damaged.
  • custom or personalised orders are non-refundable.
What if my order arrives damaged?
