General

At Mochi’s Forever Flowers, each arrangement is thoughtfully crafted with care from start to finish.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction once an item has been shipped.

All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, size, or detail may occur and are considered part of their unique charm.

Damages and issues

However, if your crochet flowers arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery and send photos of the item and packaging. We’ll happily help make things right.

Note that minor creases on the flower wrapper paper are not considered damaged.

Exchanges and Cancellation
Once an item has been shipped, you cannot initiate an exchange or cancellation.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) and items on sale are non-refundable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
